Graduation Ceremony RSVP Form

Submit this form by 31st March 2023. Late submissions are not accepted and access to the hall may be denied. Candidates must be at the venue (True Digital Park West Wing – Hall 3) by 1:30PM to collect their graduation gowns. Each candidate is entitled two(2) adult guest access with additional two (2) children guest access. Children must be under the age of 12. Additional guest (adult / children) access fee is $125 per person.
